Asad Tayyeb Tirmizi holds LLB Honors degree from BPP University London and LLM in International Commercial and Dispute Resolution Law from the University of Bedfordshire, London. He has worked in multiple Law firms as well as the Competition Commission of Pakistan. His strength is Family Law, Tax Law and Corporate Laws. One of his core expertise is drafting legal documents/ agreements i.e. Sale Deeds, Rent Agreements, Gift Deeds, Non Disclosure Agreements, Partnership and Limited Liability Partnership Agreements (LLP) and conducting legal research and dealing/ advising clients on multiple issues. He has experience working on cases in relation to Criminal i.e, Bail Petitions, Family Disputes, Inheritance, Child Custody including Energy Laws i.e, Electricity Act 1910, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance 2002, Companies Act 2017, Contract Act 1872 and Specific Relief Act 1877, and Tax Laws such as Income Tax Ordinance 2001 and Sales Tax Act 1990.
